How can I register as a jobseeker?
  You can create your account using the "NEW Registration" link from the Navigation. Proceed to enter your personal information. Your user-ID is your valid e-mail. All correspondence between you and employers goes directly to your e-mail.

Is there a registration fee involved?
  No, the registration and resume posting is completely free.
I forgot my password. What should I do now?
  You can retrieve anytime your password from our system, using the "Forgot Password" link from the Navigation Menu.
You just need to provide the correct email address used during registration process.

I forgot my activation key and the system doesn't let me in. What should I do now?
  You can retrieve anytime your activation key from our system.
You just need to provide the correct email address used during registration process.

I would like to receive daily/weekly emails with jobs from the system matching my resume, what should I do?
  You should subscribe to the "Jobmail" service, and the system will send you daily or weekly emails with the new jobs posted which are matching your resume.
Of course you will need first to post your resume into the system to be able to use this Service.
You can always unsubscribe from it, at anytime, going to the same Jobmail Section from the Navigation Menu.

I would like to change my resume details, is this possible?
  You can change the resume details using the "My Resume" link from the Navigation Menu.
After making the necessary amendments you can click the Save Button to publish it. There is also a Preview Resume link, which will display your resume the way it's viewed by the employers.

I would like employers to be able to download my word/pdf format resume file, is this possible?
  Yes, you just need to upload your resume from your computer into our system using the browse (upload) button of the My Resume link (from the Navigation Menu).

Why I did not apply for any jobs but received calls from employers inviting me for interviews ?
  Employers are allowed to search job-seekers resumes. You have the options to hide your contact phone and other personal particulars to protect your privacy and let employers contact you via e-mail only.

How can I register as an employer?
  You can create your account using the "Registration" link from the Navigation.

Is there a registration fee involved?
  New registration for employers is free. The free package option allows you to post 5 online jobs without any charges within the 12 months from registration date. Free package DOES NOT allow you to search & view jobseeker information. Should you wish to continue after the free 12 months period, you may option to purchase any of below packages.

Package #1: 1 year membership with 10 jobs + 100 resume search
Package #2: 3 years membership with UNLIMITED jobs + UNLIMITED resume search

How do I post, edit or delete jobs?
  Login to your employer account, select ADD JOB to create a new job vacancy. Or, select a previously posted job item and click on either EDIT JOBS to make amendments or ARCHIVED JOBS to delete. 
What is the normal expiration period of my posted jobs?
  The expiration period of the job is user definable but the normal expiration for the job is 6 month.

  You should subscribe to the "Resume Mail" service, and the system will send you daily or weekly emails with the new resumes posted which are matching your job(s).

How will our job advertisement reaches job-seekers ?
  We perform periodic job matching between jobs and job-seekers. Both employers and job-seekers will received e-mail notification on possible matching.
It is then up to employers and job-seekers to make contact via phone or e-mail.
How do job-seeker contact us ?
  Whenever job-seekers applied for job, their profile and resumes are posted directly to employer e-mail.
I noticed some job-seeker contact information are hidden. How do I make contact ?
  Jobs-Seekers are allowed to hide personal information to protect their privacy. 
To make contact, employers must use SEND PRIVATE MESSAGE option. Your message will be sent directly to their e-mail account.
I wish to put an advertisement without showing our company name ?
  Assign your company name as "The Advertiser". You may change company name anytime.
I would like to change my profile details, is this possible?
  You can change the account/profile details using the "My Profile" link from the Navigation Menu.
After making the necessary amendments you can click the Save Button to publish it.

I cannot view job-seeker resumes ?
  Resume view option is ONLY available for paid memberships only. Free membership is not allowed to search & view job-seeker information. To upgrade your employer status, click HERE to view Employer Membership options.
I would like upload my logo, and display it with my jobs, is this possible?
  Yes, you just need to upload your logo file on the the My Profile link (from the Navigation Menu).
